Important Update on COVID-19

 

 

Our customers, and our own, health and safety is of the utmost importance, and the number one priority for Anyela's Party Rentals.  Due to the recent updates and advisories being provided via local, state and federal governments, as well as instructions given by the CDC, Anyela's Party Rentals will be closed and not providing event supplies and services through the end of March, and potentially throughout the entire month of April.  This is strictly being done for the health and safety of everyone in our community, as well as the guidance being given at cdc.gov (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html).  

 

We are a small, family owned business and each one of our customers are more than just a customer to us.  We'll be reaching out individually to anyone who has already paid for and reserved an event through the end of March and into April, and we will work with each customer on rescheduling events or retaining a future credit for the event.  

 

We understand that this unfortunate situation that has engulfed the country, and the world, is affecting all of us, and we are trying to work with each of our customers individually to help them get through how their different events that are scheduled with Anyela's Party Rentals have been impacted.  

 

Based on our cancellation policy, we currently are not offering full refunds as we are a small business trying to work through this unknown territory the world is in right now, and we have our Terms and Conditions that all customers agree to when paying the invoice and the confirmation emails that are sent.  

 

However, we do understand the reason for the event cancellation is out of everyone's hands that is involved, and most importantly, out of the customer's hands.  

 

We are a part of some small business forums and chats, and are rigorously researching and analyzing what small businesses are doing, not just in the US, but around the world.  In doing so, we are following the lead of some of the things that we are seeing in the industry across the country from some of the industry leaders, including companies that are located right here in the Phoenix metro area.  

 

At this time, we are offering these options for our customer's that have already paid for and reserved their event.

We can continue with how your event is currently scheduled

 

 If you have to cancel your event due to the recommendations being given by the US government, or due to attend

Cancellations:

  • We can give you credit to use it in the future, OR

  • Rescheduled your event for a later date once the US government driven restrictions are lifted

 

We hope these options will assist you get through these uncertain and difficult times for all Americans. Our hearts go out to all who have been affected, both health and financially, within our industry, our country and across the entire globe.
